Flu in LA

Gaah, so I went home Tuesday around noon and went promptly to bed. It’s Thursday now – I literally slept for a day and a half – and managed to have my first real meal in almost 48 hours a short while ago. I had that variety of flu that starts with a sore throat, then goes with the “ache-ridden bones” maneuver before nailing you with the sweaty “shake like you’re sitting on a frozen pond” chill routine. AWESOME!

Here’s something interesting: They don’t have NeoCitran in the USA. That SUCKS. Rest assured, when I head back to Canada for the holidays, I’m bringing back some of that magical goodness. No NeoCitran! It boggles the mind!

Oh yeah, LA’s great, weather is wonderful, wish you were here.

Did you catch the Hamthrax? I had it a month ago and I’m still coughing a bit… craptastic time. Hope you mend quickly!

What?! No NeoCitran! Even Australia has NeoCitran (though they call it “Lemsips” here). Wacky.
